During my many years of working as a researcher in the executive search industry, I have had the pleasure of being invited to train and educate both national and international researchers in how to find the most qualified candidates on the market.
We recently conducted a search for a senior level professional, and when the search was completed, we had to reject the final candidates that didn’t get the job. One of the rejected candidates called me a few weeks later to discuss why he didn’t get the job and to get some general feedback on the process.
Well, this is a question with many answers. I get a lot of feedback from people in my network, and to say the least, there are many examples of people being in Executive Search processes, where they felt their rights were non-existing.
